Homemade Pizzas

While going through my hard drive I came across a few folders, all of which haven’t been touched since they were backed up. One of them was dated close to a year ago.

We took some pizza dough, which was made from scratch, and then dressed it with a variety of toppings. There were a few things in the fridge that needed to be used up.

This pizza was topped with caramelized onions, genoa salami and cheese. The pizza was a tad over-baked.

The other pizza had onions, red peppers, olives, genoa salami, and cheese.

The third pizza (pictured at the top of the article) was topped with tomatoes, red peppers, onions, genoa salami, and olives.

Making pizza is a great way to clean out the fridge. It tastes okay too. That’s it.
